S… xactly… cannot use kidiki to hold hot eaya sombu. Also after washing cannot keep eaya sombu upside down. This might make d eaya sombu weigh less at the bottom.

I bought it from manufacturers themselves in Kumbakonam . They have been doing it from generations. There only I came to know the combination of metals what they use. It is called as Velleeyam not kareeyam.Only very few in their family . know that art . This will not react with Sour ingredients like Tamarind
