Idli Rice – 2 Cups
Black gram – 1/2 cup
Aval (Rice flakes) – 1 Cup
Salt, Oil.
Kothamalli Chutney:
Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch
Grated Coconut – 1/2 Cup
Roasted gram – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Green Chillies – 3
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt, Tamarind, mustard seeds, Asafoetida – as required.
Yummy.
