Podi chutney: Red chillies, bengal gram dhal, Dhaniya, cumin seeds, pepper, curry leaves, tamarind, garlic, salt.

Does sesame oil gives heat/cold to our body? Need healthy millet dosa using thinnai/samai/proso etc..Also any dish that can help in reducing fatigue (no chilled shakes).
I will show more healthy recipes which will keep you active all the time.
Sesame oil for eating will not produce heat or cold.If you use for oil bath, it cools down our system.

In the beginning eat once in a week Gradually increase. Body will get used to that. Eat slowly munching minimum 20 times for a mouthful
Mam how manyny hours we have to soak mam?
Minimum 6 hours because it is thick buttermilk.
Mam can’t we do it without adding baking soda. I am not suppose to eat soda
Keep for few hours after grinding.No need for soda, if the batter ferments little.
Can you use grams or cups or even metric spoon, please people are watching all over the globe, no offence
