I am using processed ragi flour( soaked, dried in shade and powdered in mill). Cumbu flour also. But I’m not adding aval. I’ll try.

Can i use ragi powder bciz i dont get ragi as grain in germany. And i use only mixie here. Any tips to get soft idlis?
